That's strange, the shift to the vanilla ragnarok wyvern spawns should have made them more stable and likely to nest. I'll take a look and see if something else might be messing with them.

Getting the same issue on our 'house' server game. Lots of ice wyverns all around the little island they call home...but no sign of nests. More ice wyverns here than there are other sorts around the volcano!
Also noticed a very low rate of nest spawns and wyvern spawns for the other 3 types. You do have to wait around before nests spawn, and I have only had 1 nest at a time spawn.

Stayed around the ice weyvern island for a whole game day...no nests

Resolved this issue a while ago. Ice wyverns and their nests should be spawning on the iceberg off the northwestern coast of the blue obelisk island.
