I usually take a Therizino to either of the two swamp areas I know of. If you hit the trees that look like big roots coming up from ground they give mushrooms. The red and big brown mushrooms growing in swamp also give some of both I believe. Around 32 /74 roughly, a big body of water I've found underwater beaver dams that give both also.
