Theres a cave on a red wood island all the way north-west of the map, if you dive straight down left side of the island follow the beach till you see a stone structure theres element ore there. also the cave for reaper queen and strong artifact. (Dive gear and water dino are needed for safety to get to the cave and a strong flyer/dino is needed in the cave itself as there are reapers and tons of carno's)

Theres also a small island on the left bottom side of the map that has a couple spawns for element, easy to spot with massive spiky rocks. as for green ore might want to search around for some caves near green obelisk though I dont remember exactly what ore to find there.
