I found them around 60 lat, 70 long,, well.. i had a dinoscanner from s+, that helped.. i could just check to see if there was a gacha :)
I've also noticed that Olympus as a map seems prone to that problem where once the map has been running long enough, the common dinos have crowded the spawn table such that there's no chance for the more rare dinos to spawn in. Doing a 'destroywilddinos' every day or two on my server has helped the rare stuff show up more often; we usually only see gachas in the first couple of hours after a destroywilddinos.
(And they're still not common, so they don't always show up.)
