It can be found at the bottom of the cave under the aberrant island in the southwestern corner of the map. The cave entrance is underwater just off the coast.

i found it in the cave containing the crag artifact its entrance 85 7.4 for anyone looking for it use a braynox and make sure to turn ur light pet off bec their is a lot of seekers their
