Unsubscribed and subscribed again, it DL again and still no show in Map list. :(
It shows in my map list I just can't get on there :(
I've never found an automatic mod updater that actually works the way it's supposed to without opening back doors into the system, so I do all my updates manually.
Go to this link;

and unsubscribe from Olympus
then navigate to this folder on your computer;
*:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods
And delete Mod ID - 970855993
Go back to the Olympus link at the start of this comment and subscribe to the map again and wait for it to finish downloading.
Didn't work for me so it'd definitely not client side issue in my case :(

I've been getting it since the update on the 18th, nobody can get on the server for more than about 10 - 15 seconds, i've had to shut it all down for now as I don't want peoples hard earned animals dying from starvation. :(
So far this is the only instance that doing a manual update has definitively not worked (couple others mentioned the same problem but didn't say if they tried unsubing and manual update, so can't be sure if their situation is exactly the same). Are you running any other mods?
