Found 1! At the start, I got my clothes and blah blah, then, when I tried to grab the grenades and magazines and the gun, it did not complete the quest. So, ignoring the fact that the part of the quest wasnt completed, I tried to complete the "Eat Breakfast Outside" quest. Didnt work. Stole the beans from the guy, didn't complete the quest. One, is there a way to fix this? Two, can I fix this myself. Also, the shirt for the clothing set wasnt there. Thanks!

Thanks for the report, however I am not able to fix that until 21st July since I'm on holiday.
And yes, you can fix the shirt-not-spawning problem via re-entering the map*. But with the quest not detecting your items, I think that resetting the map can fix that (but more probably I messed up). Also, maybe cheating the items in (IDs are 254/13) can help, but I'm not sure.
TL;DR: I'm on holiday, so I'll fix it later.

* I know I say it literally everywhere, but was your item spawn chance in Advanced config on 1?

i found 1, i got the clothes from the guy at the start and did the start quest, but the clotheds were stil lthere when i came back from the bridge. i could dop all the quests just fine, but they were just there. also it may have something to do with me restting the map cause i died trying to fly the heli

They don't affect the working of the map. They just respawned because you went too far from them.
It's not a bug, but yea it doesn't look good. (I can't fix it btw)

that dispacher denver doesent give me option to ask him didi you ty to stop the plane

and that jtf2 guys that was on the riot are talking sam sentences as on the riot

when i got to thw airport jtf2 guys where talking the same sentences when they was on the riot

i restarted world and then it was okay

I cant eat breakfeast im eating it and it wont let me do finish the quest because of breakfeast

just canned beans out in your hand, take everything in the armory and get dressed
