In your Game.ini... below the [/script/shootergame.shootergamemode] section on a empty line.

Single player @ ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Game.ini
Windows Server @ ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\Game.ini
Linux Server @ ShooterGame\Saved\Config\LinuxServer\Game.ini

NOTE; If you edit while Ark is running it will very likely get overwritten... so you'll need to close down Ark before making edits to the Game.ini
