I will If I can get a translator. So far I'm using Wikipedia and google translate, not the most effective, but I want to do all Major non-english speaking nations.

Ah, I see. Google translate is good enough for most of the cities I believe, since its just the Chinese word translated into Japanese sounding words

This is great! But the Japanese is a bit inconsistent. You don't need the hyphens - they are applied inconsistently anyway, and you don't need the squiggly lines either. Kitachosen is right, but since north is in kunyomi south would be too, and would be Minamichosen, not Nanchosen. Sho at the end of the Chinese provinces just means "province," and you could eliminate it. The Japanese prefectures in Japan end in "ken" or "fu" but these endings are omitted, so sho would similarly be omitted. I really like your mod idea, so please take this as constructive not antagonistic criticism. I'm fluent in Japanese and have lived in Japan for over 30 years, so if you want the Japanese names checked I can help.

If you have Russian names then you could probably ignore some or most of these.

Russian names:
(Some of these are just transliterations and not translations, if you want translations, I can deal with that later. But for now, here are names of places that the Soviets are more likely to end up taking over or already have control over.)

Daugavpils = Dvinsk
Warsaw = Varshava
Vilnius = Vil'nyus
Breslau = Vrotslav
Stettin = Shchetsine
Ulaanbaatar = Bator
Hsinking = Sin'tszine (alternatively Manzhuriya)
Urumqi = Urumchi
Helsinki = Khel'sinki
Bucharest = Bukharest
Prague = Praga
Belgrade = Belgrad
Vienna = Vena
Athens = Afiny
Tehran = Tegeran
Krakow = Krakov
Siauliai = Shyaulyay
Viipuri = Vyborgskiy
Istanbul = Konstantinopol (alternatively Tsargrad, but the Soviets might not use this name)
Antalya = Antaliya
Herat = Gerat
Mashhad = Meshkhed
Tabriz = Tebriz
Isfahan = Isfakhan
