As you know, i am doing this mod alone. That means there can be many thing that i will forgot to done, as Too early Cold War by CPU ("I planned it to Any years 10 years of peace from start") cities what will have old industry, unnamed armies, nations without changed starting resources, ressorces in states ETC.
