Yeah its getting annoying as hell..

The follower is good (she blasts the ♥♥♥♥ outta enemies with them fiery balls) but my god shes like broken record when you enter cave/ruin/dungeon keep repeating same line every ~20 seconds...

You either need to stuff her mouth with old dirty sock or leave her at the entrance because she just wont shut up about being uneasy in dark places.. I even gave her a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ torch and shes still crying about dark

At least she will follow you, she won't follow me at all, must be due to UFO but every other mod follower works fine..just not her. Cn't even complete the qust because after leaving the realm it doesn't register, and whenever I look at her it starts a convo but it can't be continued due to it being stuck at "You know..."
