Primal Armor's shouldient change any of the original armor's or mess with equipmenttemplatetable which is what the NPC Wardrobe + would edit to achieve what it has, can you make a note the infected npc's.. I'll give equipmentvariationtable a quick look, make sure there's no old tables related to existing armor ID's in it.

Some NPCs have this problem even on vanilla, so I doubt its related to this ATM.

there was a table in the equipmentvariationtable that did manage to sneak past my gaze into this mod and it was the reference to the female chest wrap which was left blank on the male path so that may have caused what your seeing? I'll have the hotfix up very very soon
