did you check the admin tool to see if they are listed in it? If they aren't there, then you're kinda F outa luck with out a back up save to return too.

what do you mean by check the admin tool? and how do if i do restore a backup will it revert everything even player positions?

if you're in single player, or the admin of your server, you should be able to spawn in the admin tool, it'd ID is listed in the main forum post. It lets you check every dino that's ever been stored by the pokeballs. Its a way to instantly respawn any tames lost to bugs by the mod or random ark BS.

Yeah that's the spawn code for it. Though that's assuming the tool still works as intended. It'd been a long time since the mod was updated, and its stability gets worse every new update to the game. It'd probably be better to just stop using the mod.
