Explosives causing Lua errors

For some reason explosives (Rocket launcher, Grenade launcher, Sticky launcher, ect) cause lua errors when they explode. Anyone else have the same issue or do I just have 11 black cats luck?

I tried that, and it started to cause "havoc" by causing the "frames per second" to drop to unplayable levels.
