Just go install TF2 and the texture will likely be fixed. Come on man, TF2 is a free game on the Steam market, just install it and mount it.

mate I've said it enough I had TF2 and I'll list everything I had mounted; HL2, EP1, EP2, CSGO, CS:Source, HL, L4D, L4D2, Portal, Portal 2, TF2 and DoD:Source.

some people not might have enough storage on their pc's (laptops maybe) if they have too much gmod addons or something idk
