Does it always happen when the dino has a speed saddle equiped?
Are they dinos from a mod or vanilla dinos?
Can i grab a list/link of the mods that the server is running, because i can only test my mod and super high levels in the dev kit. Plus most things work completly fine in the dev kit and then act up when ingame, i will have to DL mods to test with.
And its 2am for me so i will test this stuff in the morning/afternoon
I know there is an issue with super high level dinos getting their stats messed up when the server restarts, because the stats can only have up to 255 points into them.

From all of the testing i have done, the issue is directly related to my mod and how the game handles the dino stats. Once a dino is tamed and a stat has 255 points into, not including points you put into your self from the dino leveling up. It seems to derp and derp hard.
At least in the dev kit is has only effected the modified stat, health is this case. I haven't see it mess with the melee damage stat yet tho.
The way my mod works, is that the saddles give the dino's a buff. The buff then applies a max stat scaler that only exists while it has buff and for it to have the buff it needs to have the saddle equiped.
Alternatively i could edit the dino's health directly and then edit it again to return it back to its default value. A quick example would be if it adds 500 health to the dino, it would then remove 500 health from the dino once the saddle is removed. I'm currently testing this method to see if it can cause the same issue or other issues
The issue is with the game its self and dinos with a crazy high level. Ark devs have done nothing about letting the dino's get more then 255 levels in something.
The saddle info reads
Speed is increased by 50.0
Health Options: Enabled
Health is decreased by 50%
I also tried damaging it to see if it perhaps was just not displaying it in the health bar, but it is still taking and has full health as when tamed.
