Part 5 won't load
For some reason Part 5 won't load. Loading screen get's to about 40% and just stalls. I have to kill the game and relaunch L4D2.

I have unsubscribed and subscribed Part 5. I have also validated L4D2 game files.

Any ideas of what I should do/check next?

Answering my own question. I removed a bunch of map addons: all that I installed manually and some that the Add-ons were complaining about. Removed the improved blood addon as well. Not sure which was causing the problem, but I was able to play Part 5. EPIC WORK!
