Y'hello. I removed the hats mod (because of the pilon and the lego and the "un-medievalness") and now the game crashes on load... I added it again and it was fine. So I think the hat-mod is the culprit. I submitted the crash-thing to keen when it totally crashed to the desktop (so maybe there are some hints there), and now it only crashes to the start-menu and error-message.
