If:
A research project is queued after the current project
A supercomputer from VFE Mechanoids is responsible for the current research project being finished

The current research project will not finish, but rather will stay stuck at 100% completion and will be unable to be removed from the research queue. The "Need Research Project" alert does appear and no errors seem to be thrown.
