I agree, seeing what tech to research of each tech level from the lowest and up would be really nice. I came here to see if someone else suggested such a thing before I made a discussion myself.

Okay, did some looking up at the different level's of era research on the rimworld wiki than looking at the research in game I've noticed that each era is noted by a different color. Red for neolithic, yellow-ishgreen is medieval, green is industrial, and anything else is spacer.
