A nice idea Ive had for a long time, for an item as a cosmetic for Anton Strasser, is an M40 Stahlhelm camo wrap/cover. Police / Bike helmet with metallic finish, hazard/security helmet ala Red Faction 1 (Starship Troopers-like helmet would be pretty neat as well), Canine-themed helmet ala Berserk

Perhaps even crown o' thorns or some such.

To complement Stahlhelm/similar existing items, it would be cool if someone made a gas mask/respirator, perhaps similar to the sort you'd see in Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade or Killzone.
An iron mask, perhaps?

I think a cool Head idea might be a bandana with large bullets pointing upward to make a crown, as theres not a real amount of Bandana Variety in the game.

Similar to this item on the TF2 Workshop

This could work for most characters unless they have a head that doesn't fit the crown.
