We need a tutorial
I subscribed to this map, and it hasn't shown up in the Create Server area, I don't know how to get to it at all.

Apparently you have to do some file stuff, go to Users, (your user), program files X86, Steam, steamapps, common, Team fortress 2, maps, and paste the map file in

Right click the file and select 'Copy' or press CTRL + C
