Unique Interactions
How bout we list the different things Crazy Diamond can punch and have a special effect on? I'll start:

Broken Blood Banks/Slot Machine/Fortune Teller: repairs the machine once per floor.
Broken Stopwatch: Repairs the thing into a Stopwatch.
Lokii: punching one turns Lokii into Loki (the non-cleaved one)

The following occur if you punch the mush the can appear after you kill something:

Beggars: The respective beggar will reappear as an item (Key Beggar into Key Bum, Dark Beggar into Dark Bum, etc.)
Monstro: Monstro's Tooth Item (I'm assuming Lil Monstro can appear too, because that seems like a missed oppurtunity)
Isaac (boss) : 1-up Mushroom Item
??? (boss): Fate Item
Mask of Infamy: Isaac's Heart/ Infamy, depending on which part
Gemini: Gemini(item)
Hush: Lil Hushy

What other synergies/interactions have you found?

Mask of Infamy heart: Isaac's heart (maybe the mask does infamy, haven't had it happen though)

Can confirm, mask part of Mask of Infamy gave me Infamy.

I know that this isn't really an interaction, but he can also push bombs (therefore increasing range of your attacks if you have Dr. Fetus)

Should you get Ipecac, Dr. Fetus, or Epic Fetus, Crazy Diamond should turn into Killer Queen. :P

Broken Ankh -> Ankh

Eden's Soul -> Fully charged Eden's Soul

Broken Modem -> Something new

Broken Remote -> Clicker! (?

A missing page / Missing Page no.2 -> Necronomicon

Lucky toe -> Lucky foot

Bat wing -> Lord of the Pit

Cracked Dice / Dice shard -> A dice, Idk which one

Cartridge -> Gamekid

Bible Tract -> The Bible

Monstro's Tooth / Monstro's Lung -> Monstro (or lil monstro)

Ghost Baby -> Brother Bobby / Sister Maggy (I know Crazy Diamond can't bring dead back to life, but this one would be cool)

Ball of Bandages / Old Bandage -> Super Bandage

Key Piece 1/2 -> Dad's Key / Both pieces

Dead Onion -> Sad Onion

Broken Magnet -> Magneto

Any penny trinket -> A penny

Mom's Pearl -> Mom's Pearls

Cracked Crown -> A new item, I guess

Petrified Poop -> The Poop

Dim Bulb -> Vibrant Bulb


And those are all I can think at the moment, hope you like them.
