Multiple times, the F-1 grenade will cause a hard freeze and/or crash if its thrown. And the error message is something like DGXI ERROR, ITEM REMOVED.

This only happens if I, the player, use it. When the AI uses it, it's completely fine, but if I use it, the game will 100% crash.

All other grenades work fine
