have you read https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Dedicated_Server yet? Do you have a vanilla dedicated server up and running? It's easy steps from there. Please let us know if you have specific problems.
Regards,
♥♥♥♥♥
Thank you for your reply, however, I am stuck at this section:
***4.Start up your client Arma3.exe (Running the same branch as the server, (eg Stable or DEV) and you should then be able to see your server in the server browser (Filters are available to reduce the server list)
5. Login to your server using the password you defined in #CONFIG_server.cfg by typing "/" to open the chat window and then type (#login ADMINPASSWORD) followed by enter.***
I see my server on the list then after i've typed password i get this message: "You were kicked off the game. (BattlEye: Game restart required)
I have restarted game twice, same result. I don't know at what stage i'm supposed to bring up chat window to type: "#login ADMINPASSWORD"
I have BattlEye installed.
It is very possible I don't have all .cfg files correct etc
Any help is greatly appreciated
Hi ♥♥♥♥♥,
Still waiting for a response regarding my last query relating to my problem configuring the server.
Cheers!
As Sanma wrote, opening ports so your client can correctly connect to your server is another possible solution.
