I downloaded the train and it isnt appearing when it should.

Go to the autosave (or custom game), click mods, and there you should find the steam loco.

go to "load game" on the main menu
select your game
hit the "+" button across from "active mods"
move the mod from "available mods" to "active mods"
load the game
congratulations, you are the proud owner of a K4s
