if you are running client side SP you need to go into the params and enable wipe saved data or something along those lines there is another parameter that says something about saves enable that one too & it will restart the mission.

Or if you're playing as lonely wolf then you've to delete/move your profil, called NAME.vars.Arma3Profile in C:\Users\NAME\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\NAME\
