I understand that you put the spawn path for the blacksmith class on these lines. Does that mean that if the Blacksmith class is chosen then whatever item is in Blueprint line then the blacksmith automatically gets a crafting blueprint of the item in their inventory. The items line means they would get that item in their inventory. the engrams line would mean they automatically learn the engram for each item.
These settings would still allow the class to learn any other engrams it can afford, right? I guess I just wanted to understand it a little more before we made a decision about using it on the server and putting the time in to set up this kind of gus.ini setting.

This is just an example but I have hundreds of more lines with more roles.
By doing so, I choose the Blacksmith's Role, and automatically I get the blacksmith work table in the inventory, but I am not enabled the engrams (right now my game.ini is all vanila)
I have tested with Blueprints instead of engrams and it works perfectly, but what interests us is with engrams, since we want to do some very specific roles and bluepints can be sold, lost etc ...
I'm probably doing something wrong

When choosing in the game, blacksmith, the table appears to me of work, but I am not enabled the engrams that should be.

And remove the spaces between the role names -> 'RSRoleNames=Diplomat, Bürger, Kämpfer' should maybe look like 'RSRoleNames=Diplomat,Buerger,Kaempfer'
And you should only use one 'RSRoleNames' entry
