Had a problem where workers weren't filling positions higher up, so I'd have a bunch of workers who refused to become specialists. Painstakingly removed mods one by one and the culprit ended up being real space, which is a shame because I like this mod a lot. Just thought I'd write this up incase anyone else had the same problem.
