Missing stars.
I have this issue, some stars are not visible or are not present at all. Probably mods conflict, however I seen it also without Real Space mod.
And I'm pretty sure some of missing stars were displayed for some time. I changed used mods meanwhile but only related to megastructures.

My mods list:

Surprisingly when gigant star went nova, collapsar is displayed correctly. Systems that look similar (I guess also collapsars) but looking this way from the beginning of the game, are not displayed. Not sure if it helps, just noticed that.

I'll give you a hint, all the mods that change these files will be strongly in conflict:

Checked every installed mod. Only real space changes this files. There is new stuff in planets and stars directories but not this files.

Tried to load only Real Space mod and loaded game. Still missing stars. Checking now if in new game it's fixed.

Checked new game. Now stars are generated correctly. I guess I had some mod on game start that made mess and stars were not generated correctly. Assume that because nova was generated correctly during the game (similar other system is broken). So it seems I have to start new game and check mods carefully.

I'm having this same problem, and your mod is the only one that changes those files.
Yes, I checked all of my mods.

There is a suspicion of an old patch or a side extension, previously someone wrote about it. Perhaps the Beautiful Universe.

You must find the culprit.

Using gigastructures and machine ringworlds - with patches. There was also utopia expansion but unsubscribed already.

So, after thorough testing, there was an additional problem, and fixing that seems to have fixed my original problem. Namely, the game crashing when i tried to start a new game.
The problem seems to be the Planetary Diversity patch.

So it is not reason of my issue because I don't use this mod. However I remember now, I started game with recommended in description mod for megastructures on dwarfs. It seems it's not maitained anymore. Maybe this one caused issues.

Hello. Problem with generated L-Cluster.... When activate L-Gate is final destination unknown, System isn't generate. Without this mod, L-Cluster and L-Gate is ok.

I think I have similar issue.
In my case some stars are different then should be.
For example herbig star, if I remember correctly, was displayed as in description, with accreation disc. But now there is no accretion disc and star looks like one of hypergiants.

Perhaps it's because this gameplay is very long and started in previous major version?

Having the same issue as well. Came back to Stellaris in the first time in a long while, made a playset using only Real Space mods, and... stars be missing after several hours in.
