solution: dont wear armor or use an invisible armor mod lol

Bugged when you put and take off your pants. Male and female models. Don't know about new survivors, but when you die and spawn this bug exists.

mod cannot be used alongside most other mods involving player assets such as npc or S+

Can confirm, Flak Armor and Legs not visible in Smithy

Solution: Destroy smithy and place a new one.
