What does this mod do ?
I have no idea what this mod does & how to activate it , please someone tell me

When you enter a town in Skyrim, a certain music plays. This mod replaces that music with the audio from a 35-minute video of Billy Mays' best commercials. It basically turns that music into the sound of Billy Mays' infomercials. If you're subscribed, it should activate automatically as soon as you enter a town, like Whiterun or Riften.
