it pauses you
it says "A tool to put everything on pause, except you and the other players" but it pauses player, i dont know if this is a glitch

because i can still pause time even if its uninstalled, the pause addon was litearlly like "DONT LEAVE ME.. PLEASE!"

i even have a new computer and i still can pause time with it uninstalled

you have to bind the command +pause, which allows you to move in paused time, otherwise you're stuck in time as well.

found this mod again and i forgot about i had it before. this time it doesnt work at all
