How to transfer your 32bit progress
Open the Arma 3 launcher.
Go to Mods.
Select HG2 (32-bit only).
Select ...
Select 'Open folder in windows explorer', 'I understand'.
Open @HG2, db.
Copy files with long numbers as names.
Go back to the !Workshop folder.
Open @HG264bit, db.
Paste the files here.

To make sure no unexpected behaviours happen:
Edit the new files.
Change SteamName="YourSteamName"
To SteamName=""YourSteamName""
Put 2 double quotes around this value as shown.
Also do this for:
playerUniform
playerVest
playerBackpack
Garage car
Garage colour

TL:DR : transfer your save file, change string variables to be enclosed by 2x double quotes.
