Broken eyes and socks.

If you are using Discord while you are playing GMod, go into Discords Settings, then Overlay, and Turn Off In-Game Overlay.Your eyes and such should return to normal. You may want to quit to menu and go back in for the changes to take effect. I hope that helps.
