Option to reinforce camps with more colonists or animals
Let's say that I send a caravan to an adjacent tile to get some resources. It turns out that there is plenty more than my caravan can haul, so I try to send more colonists and animals to that tile to grab the remaining resources. This is currently not possible.

There are still colonists.

So you cannot enter an existing camp with another caravan? I know it didn't used to work that way, but then I'm running into a lot of weirdness with this mod that didn't use to happen.
