Just finished adding config optiong I hope they wen't swimmingly. wasn't sure how I could test them internally. Update is cooking right now.

Cooking an update that i think will solve these four ini configs.

MovementSpeedMultiplier4SpeedBoost=.65
HowLongSpeedLasts=180
MovementSpeedMultiplier4Hangover=-0.1
HowLongSlowLasts=10

But don't hate me if it doesn't. Hopefully the consumption cooldown also works but I can't get switch has authority to work for that item.

Do these work? Also, do I put this in gameusersettings.ini?
