Something to ask
You did so good on modeling the hat for this set, but this jacket doesn't look all that much like Jotaro's. There are somet similarities, but it doesn't quite fit the look.

Because it wasn't meant to look like his coat. Its a naval uniform.

The hat is meant to be a naval captain's hat, any resemblance to any fictional characters is purely coincidental.

Also it cant be EXACTLY like a certain characters clothing for copyright purposes, even if it does resemble to any jacket a fictional character may wear it looks amazing

oh godammit developers you cant say there wasnt as least some jojo references in this set like for gods sake you named the coat Tsar Platinum the way heavy poses in the pictures its way too exact to be coincidental

The set's design is a mix of various naval uniforms, "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" did not influence the set in any way as nobody on the team is really familiar with the series. Sorry.

We weren't aware there was a similar name in JJBA. We came up with the name, thought it sounded cool and stuck with it. It's an interesting coincidence, but unfortunately the reference isn't intentional.

Valve won't let it in if the developers acknowledge that it's a reference to another show. In this situation, ignorance is bliss. Cosmetic similarities to pop culture are fine, so long as the creator doesn't explicitly state that it is a reference.
At least, that's what I believe is going on. Correct me if I'm wrong.
