so after buying and installing sunset harbour and trying it out, I decided to add expansion 3. I have all the others except campus. after installing that dlc, the passenger numbers at stops don't register correctly anymore. you know, the +5 and -6 numbers on the monorail in this case isn't reflecting the actual passengers moving onto and off of the train. deactivating/activating the mod doesn't work nor does unsubscribing. the lines work without ipt2 active. I'm on PC. any ideas?
