i think you should gain cloak on backstab but your cloak drains faster

Should Come in a set with the Cloak And Dagger and the Dashin Hashashin. The set should allow Full cloak regen on successful backstab.

+On backstab, 100% of cloak regained.

-Cloak slowly drains, even if it's not in use.
