General game play balancing and wish list
I think the ship to ship combat or battles would be a lot more enjoyable if it was slowed down a bit. The action of the weapons etc is just so fast its hard to focus or use strategy.
Another thing I would like to see is 50 b wings,10 frigates, 20 gunships, being able to destroy a cruiser. Also if the frigates had movement closer to cruisers in that they dont bob up and down and mimic a swimming fish type action.

Another idea is to set it up where we could control two different teams. I can imagine hours and hours of fun setting up ship vs ship battles, and battle groups vs battle groups. Invisible hand vs the Executor, Home One vs Chimera. That would be epic!

the shipballance is realy broken right now. Ships like the Home One and Providence Carrier are pretty much impossible to kill with anything less than a whole Fleet of Superstardestroyers. Their HP, Shields, Weapons and Regeneration is so obsurdly over the top that they imediatly win the match for the side that manages to spawn them first. I get that those ships are special and shouldnt be killed off seconds after their spawning by 1 or 2 Venators or something like that, but the way theire implemented is just retarded right now. And unlike the Executor or Mandator ships like the Providence or even the MC80 Liberty have neither the Size, nor the In universe Shieldcapazaty and Weapons array to match these Behemoths ... but they do not only match them but have basically the surviveability of the DEATH STAR! (without that Thermal Exhaustport)

Heres a Link to a Screenshot of 12 MANDATOR Dreadnoughts + 42 Victory SDs and 10 Venators TRYING to take down a single Home One MC80 Cruiser ... Also pls note how half of the Mandators are showing their Asses to the Enemy during engagements. That happens with the Mandator and the Executor and thus they fire only with the rear batteries most of the time if I dont correct them manually by plotting a curse for them ... until they show their asses again like some celebrety ♥♥♥♥♥♥...

Spoiler: After 55 minutes of continoues concentrated Fire with all energy converted to the Weaponsystems they managed to take it down to HALF HP ..
