would suggest tracks from the game Dune 2000, under construction is a marvelous ambient track, robotix is great for industrial development and harkonen battle is a pretty good theme for wars in the galactic view. those are just some suggestions though, they deviate from vanilla soundtrack quite abit, so depending on what flavor you want the mod to have kinda dictates your choices i Guess :P
