If you're still having an issue:
1) Delete your output_log.txt (or player.log for mac/linux) file.
2) Repeat the steps to create the problem.
3) If the problem is still there, then please share your output_log.txt.

Personal shields limit your range. This is your problem.

Is it normal if my pawn always go to maximum range before using Heal Other? Using it in combat situation make my pawn wandering out of the cover to dinstance themselves from the ally targeted to heal.
