I suspect that one of your mods may be conflicting with mine.

Yeah I mean maybe but I have no clue what mod can cause it. It shouldn't in fact.

I just want to know exactly what causes it.

I'd suggest some testing to see if the issue is caused by other mods:

1. Create a brand new world with only this mod enabled
   
2. Replicate the issue (c_freecrafting() for free build mode)
   
3. If you can't replicate the issue, try again but with the other mods enabled

Well I really hoped for easy answer but I guess I have to do it anyway now...
