Too OP. Should be a low dmg fast attack weapon.

how about in addition to this, the person killed is decapitated as well (like w/ eyelander), and it has its own sfx like the HHH's Headtaker?

You make more damage and get faster after every kill for a maximum of
+15% max speed and +20% more damage

No Random Crits, less 10% damage without any kill
