Now, I've noticed that some generals on the campaign map have no animations at all, they just stand still with their arms streched out with their shields and sword at their feet (kinda like how you see them when you load a variantmeshdefinition on the assembly kit.
I've tried disabling all other mods except this one but the issue persists.
I was playing the Suebi faction and recruited the suebi heir Adelmar, the son Hermeneric (the suebi faction leader), at level 1 general, his model looks like the vanilla frankish faction leader but with a langobard / allamanic beard (also, might be worth pointing out that this particular level 1 model uses two axes but uses sword animations which makes it look a bit silly but otherwise looks ok) but when Adelmar became the faction leader, his faction leader model looks normal on the summary view, diplomatic view and during battle, but on the campaign map it has that problem I mentioned before, no animations whatsoever, when you order him to move on the campaing map it looks like he's floating through the map without moving.
All my other suebi generals look and behave normally so far.
Hope this helps you sort out which specific general model (or in this case faction leader model) is the one with the problem.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to look into this, this mod is fantastic.
Hi, I can confirm the issue with that specific faction leader is solved, thanks a lot for your dedication to this mod!
However I'm afraid that while playing the campaign I found another faction leader with issues, thankfully this time I took the time to look through the files of your mod with the Assembly Kid and I can tell you exactly which one it is.
it's filename is "att_general_barbarian_26a_fl" inside the "variantmeshes\variantmeshdefinitions" folder of your mod, the problem with this one is just that he doesn't have any feet at all.
Hope you can fix this one as well when you have some time to spare, and I also hope I'm not being too bothersome pointing out these silly details.
As always, great mod.
