HOW TO FIX DOG GLITCH
Go to: Options>Graphics>Bottom of page

Set your max fram rate to 60 fps
Turn on: sync every farme

That's it, or at least it worked for me, if you can find a higher stability number for the fps, put in comments so the max frame rate could increase. Anyways, have fun playing!

I tried it both ways and didn't get crashing either way. Uncapped framerate + sync every frame off still didn't cause dog rounds to crash. For the record I have a 7700k and rx480 and am on latest drivers. I haven't been experiencing crashing at all, though.

I'm able to set it to 75 FPS, just as much as the clock speed of my monitor (75hz).

Turn down your Mesh-quality in the graphic options this works

Lowering mesh quality didn't work for me. Capping frames to 60 did. I also DIDN'T have to sync every frame. I will try increasing the frame rate until it becomes unstable again.
