I cant say I'd blame the creator for feeling a need to change the design due to so many people being angry idiots. I think the new design is also very creative, but I have some criticisms. I think her final design looks a little weird, liks weird frog feet or bat wings. No offense, but if you're now trying to make her more lore appropriate, then why not stick wit the first ideas of her covered in guts and eyeballs. ANd thats the thing! Everyone whined that it was "tentacles", but it's clearly not, it's red and based on the grim setting, they are probably guts and entrails. She's a creepy dead girl covered in guts and eyeballs It's cool how Moira become another dead child enemy to fit with the game.

Also, it makes me wonder about what moira is now supposed to be? Is she a biblical themed enemy like a succubus, or something. Now that she's officially a child, that makes her like the first normal enemy that;s female.
The fact that her item it's Moira's Heart, a disembodied heart, and the item says "she's overly attached", makes me want to believe that Moira is a dead sibling that liked Isaac and vice versa, since Isaac takes and keeps her heart.
