That's how it will look.
Show mods, I don't think anybody uses unmodded guns and the mods can ruin a skin if they aren't designed to fit it.
Not my cup of tea but it's a Deagle skin that doesn't make me want to vomit unlike many others. It looks nice and has an interesting, well thought-out design.
This is not CS:GO, "top authors" encourage people to upload unfinished work and sure: it fu**ing works, unfortunately. People vote for what you give them even if it's NOT FINISHED. Then after community skins release in a new safe and I find graphical bugs that make it not as enjoyable to use the skin or they look bad with barrel extensions/any specific mod.
People need to start finishing their skins first and then uploading. It doesn't matter if they get added to the game if you are proud of it and you've finished your artistic vision. You can always use that skin yourself through a mod.
From own experience I can easily say that skinning the mods is not nearly as time consuming as making the base skin, because often you won't want anything fancy on these mods BUT if there's lots of them then that's a problem, sureburito.
