Using the Bio-Chemical weapon will leave the entire colony infrastructure intact, including the HQ building. This can allow you to have two HQ buildings on a planet.

Also, using it on a capital planet will NOT remove the Capital Planet modifier, allowing you to have multiple capital planets.

Stopped working for my Hive Mind (after 1.8?). When I try to authorize extermination, the policy doesn't register that I have the "Hive Mind" ethic. The list of conditions shows other edicts (Has Militarist ethic, etc.) but it doesn't list "Hive Mind", there's just a blank "Has ethic" where I presume the Hive Mind should be.

I hope you could take a look and see if it runs properly. I have really enjoyed the mod this far and I have a galaxy of alien filth to purge

I have a problem with your mod. it looks cool and i want to try it but when i start a game after a few seconds, pop ups start showing. They are just blank and never ending. Each time i click on ok a new one shows up and i do not know how to fix it.

I believe that is the issue of another mod.

Tested the mod without any other mods installed and I couldn't replicate the issue you're describing. Pretty sure it is not my mod.
